The HHH Awards 2026

AN UNFORGETTABLE NIGHT WITH THE STARS!

The evening had a real wow factor. With so many guests giving compliments on the night!

Peter Hancock hosted the evening and entertained with some anecdotes from his past. The judges did an amazing job of whittling the shortlisted finalist down to the eventual overall winners.

MEG Events, organisers of the awards with the backing of Housekeeping Today, said:

“All the finalists are winners in our eyes they do a superb job keeping the hotels and care homes running efficiently and ensuring guests receive the welcoming environment they expect’. Well done to everyone!”

Our thank you’s include the judges who did marvellous work, we really appreciate all the time they put in. Thank you to all our sponsors, without who we could not run these events. Thank you too, to all the companies that supplied raffle and goodie bag prizes these really help make the evening and are appreciated by us and all the guests. With the raffle raising an amazing £1980 for our chosen charity Pancreatic Cancer.

A special thank you to Jean Roberts, Nuno and Jakob at Grantley Hall, The Balmoral, Edinburgh, The Lowry, Manchester, Rudding Park, Harrogate and Lisa Williams at The Grand York – who supplied gifts for our special draw.

I felt both humbled and proud to be surrounded by so many incredible hospitality professionals at the HHH awards. Every nominee and winner was a true star.
I came home full of energy and reassured that the future of Housekeeping in this country is in very good hands. It was also fantastic to catch up and socialise with so many friends from across the industry.
Well done to everyone involved in creating such a fantastic event, with wonderful food and I even ended up dancing late into the night!

What a night! I was absolutely delighted to have the opportunity to attend the Hotel Housekeeping Honours alongside my fabulous Head Housekeeper Sharon Streeter. It was such a wonderful evening, celebrating the incredible people, teams and leaders who work so hard behind the scenes to make a real difference every single day.
❤️ Although we didn’t come home with an award this time, we certainly came home with something just as valuable, amazing memories, new connections and the opportunity to meet so many inspiring people from across the care and hospitality sectors.
A huge congratulations to Halecroft Grange Care Home for winning Care Home Team of the Year — a fantastic and well-deserved achievement! 🏆👏
And a very special congratulations to Cavell Court Care Home for winning Care Home Manager of the Year! 🌟🏆 What an incredible achievement and such a wonderful recognition of your hard work.
It was a privilege to be surrounded by so many amazing people, all passionate about what they do. Even without taking home a trophy, I feel incredibly grateful to have been part of such a special evening.
Here’s to celebrating our teams, our achievements and the amazing people who make care what it is. 💙

It was a real pleasure to see so many talented individuals from across the hospitality industry recognised at the HHH Awards. Housekeeping is fundamental to the hotel experience, yet the incredible work these teams do can often happen behind the scenes. The awards are a fantastic opportunity to shine a light on the professionalism, skill and dedication that goes into delivering the standards our guests expect every day.
At The QHotels Collection, we are incredibly proud of our housekeeping teams across our 18 hotels and resorts, and it was particularly special to see the team from Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort recognised with three awards on the night.
Congratulations to Amy Aspinall, who was named Housekeeping Supervisor of the Year, Sarah Andrews, who won Cleaning Technician of the Year, and Diana Spink, who was Highly Commended for Housekeeping Manager of the Year. Three awards for one hotel is an outstanding achievement and a wonderful reflection of the talent and commitment within the team.
The HHH Awards are an important reminder of just how much housekeeping contributes to the success of our hotels and to the guest experience. It was a privilege to celebrate alongside so many exceptional teams and to recognise the people who make such a difference every day.
