The first event took place at the prestigious Ascot Racecourse on the fourth floor of the Grandstand building with spectacular views across the racecourse and beyond into the Berkshire and Hertfordshire countryside. Hospitality Expo ran side by side with the established CleanEx show dedicated to laundry and textile care.

Hospitality Expo featured the new format ‘Forum’ which took place on the same floor in an open area.
The event gave visitors the opportunity to attend the Networking Dinner on the Sunday evening. On Monday attendees were offered a glass of wine on arrival whilst chatting with industry suppliers and networking with friends and colleagues. Free lunch vouchers were available on the Monday for all attendees, enabling them to eat at one of the dedicated restaurant areas.
