It was a real pleasure to see so many talented individuals from across the hospitality industry recognised at the HHH Awards. Housekeeping is fundamental to the hotel experience, yet the incredible work these teams do can often happen behind the scenes. The awards are a fantastic opportunity to shine a light on the professionalism, skill and dedication that goes into delivering the standards our guests expect every day.

At The QHotels Collection, we are incredibly proud of our housekeeping teams across our 18 hotels and resorts, and it was particularly special to see the team from Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort recognised with three awards on the night.

Congratulations to Amy Aspinall, who was named Housekeeping Supervisor of the Year, Sarah Andrews, who won Cleaning Technician of the Year, and Diana Spink, who was Highly Commended for Housekeeping Manager of the Year. Three awards for one hotel is an outstanding achievement and a wonderful reflection of the talent and commitment within the team.

The HHH Awards are an important reminder of just how much housekeeping contributes to the success of our hotels and to the guest experience. It was a privilege to celebrate alongside so many exceptional teams and to recognise the people who make such a difference every day.
