CleanEx Network Dinner 

Networking dinner  Don’t forget to sign up to attend the networking dinner. As part of the CleanEx event a networking dinner is held on the evening between show days, it is a relaxed evening providing a welcome break from the exhibition floor. Including: pre-dinner drinks reception, networking, entertainment, three course meal and wine. 
The 2024 Networking Dinner will be held in the Windsor & Eton Suite at the Macdonald Berystede Hotel in Ascot, SL5 9JH
The cost to attend remains unchanged at £85.00/head or £800.00 for a table of ten

    Past Networking Dinners

    The Networking Dinner has grown year on year – being held on the evening in between show days (Date not confirmed for 2024). This relaxed evening includes entertainment and gives a welcome break from the hectic day on the exhibition floor. The last Networking Dinner in 2022 had over 240 partygoers, and turned into a real social event. Book your place or table early to avoid disappointment. If you are staying overnight MEG Events has secured preferential rates with the Macdonald Berystede Hotel.

    Getting to Ascot Racecourse

    Travelling by rail

    South West Trains runs a frequent service to Ascot from both Reading and London Waterloo. The average journey time is 27 minutes from Reading and 52 minutes from Waterloo.     The nearest major airport is London Heathrow only 30 minutes away with London Gatwick & London Luton only an hour away. Ascot Racecourse has a heliport landing space nearby – contact FreshAir Helicopters on +44 1869 278 244 email ascot@freshair-uk.com to arrange a landing or helicopter charter. Alternatively the two nearest airfields are Fairoaks, Chobham (+44 (0)1276 857 300) and White Waltham, Maidenhead (+44 (0)1628 823 272), which are both nine miles away.
