Past Networking Dinners
The Networking Dinner has grown year on year – being held on the evening in between show days. This relaxed evening includes entertainment and gives a welcome break from the hectic day on the exhibition floor. The last Networking Dinner in 2024 had over 170 partygoers, and turned into a real social event. Book your place or table early to avoid disappointment. If you are staying overnight MEG Events has secured preferential rates with tbc.

Getting to Ascot Racecourse
Travelling by rail
South West Trains runs a frequent service to Ascot from both Reading and London Waterloo. The average journey time is 27 minutes from Reading and 52 minutes from Waterloo. The nearest major airport is London Heathrow only 30 minutes away with London Gatwick & London Luton only an hour away. Ascot Racecourse has a heliport landing space nearby – contact FreshAir Helicopters on +44 1869 278 244 email ascot@freshair-uk.com to arrange a landing or helicopter charter.
