The Hotel Housekeeping Honours – the ‘HHH’ awards – are just days away! On the evening of Thursday 12 March at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, the worthy winners of each category will be announced in front of a packed room of guests from across the whole industry. These awards recognise companies, individuals, services and products that stand out from the crowd, showcase exceptional indust ry professional ism and customer service, and demonstrate innovations and initiatives that make every guest experience special. Last years’ event was the first ever HHH Awards held in London. Feedback from guests, winners and sponsors was very consistent – it was a truly wonderful evening and what was clear in the room was the immense pride and passion that the industry has for what they do. The event was such a success it has been moved to the larger and more centrally located Hilton Birmingham Metropole. We’re looking forward to seeing many of you there.
